Job Description
- Handle all travel and accommodation bookings for domestic and international trips
- Prepare and validate time logs for timekeeping and payroll purposes
- Review all expense reimbursements and endorse for approval as appropriate
- Provide other admin support functions as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year work experience in office admin;
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Good communication skills;
- Attentive to detailStrong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
