Job Description
- Ensure completeness and correctness of gathered financial data. submitted by engineering and sales team, i.e., photometrics, payback and proposal and other related necessary documents.
- Analysis of payback and presentation proposals for various projects forwarded by the sales team.
- Create various spreadsheet, making analysis so that the financial trends may be illustrated as clear and understandable information maybe presented.
- Preparation of Gross Margin Amount/Percentage to assess price adjustments to get the project.
- Supply Management of specific recommendations per customer, per project.
- Interpret date influencing investment decisions, offer dependable and precise information to management and recommend courses of actions.
- Provide relevant, reliable, timely and accurate financial information in the form of various financial reports to assist management in the process of strategic decision making.
- Protects operation by keeping financial information confidential and well-maintained files.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related-related results as needed.
- Identify trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or related course;
- Fluent in verbal and written English;
- Good presentation skills;
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Willingness to work hard, accept challenges and heavy responsibility;
- Analytical, resourceful and had the ability to work independently with minimal errors;
- Possess quality management, problem-solving, financial planning and more of financial skills;
- Ability to multi-task and meet constant deadlines;
- Willingness to work long hours when necessary;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can start immediately.
