THE ROLES

We are in search of 3 SALES MANAGER who can grow the business by developing and selling to our target markets.

Among his responsibilities are:

• Identify and sell to key prospects, engineering and financial evaluators/recommenders, and decision-makers.
• Conduct presentations and consultative selling activities.
• Inspect customer facilities and gather data for payback analysis, and customer-specific recommendations.
• Prepare business case for solution offered.
• Prepare proposals, conduct customer trials, negotiate and close deals.
• Handle post-sales customer account management.
• Coordinate project implementation and manage 3rd party implementation partners.

The candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Male or Female, between 27 to 35 years old
• At least 5-year experience as a field sales person with tangible results
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Excellent presentation skills
• Passion and perseverance for long term goals
• Self confidence without arrogance
• Smart and quick thinker without the ego
• Determined goal seeker, people person, enthusiastic, resourceful, and has ability to work independently
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Ability and willingness to work in a mobile environment
• Business or Engineering related degree (not required but preferred)
