Job Description
Position Description
- Responsible in the maintenance of records of all purchases, accreditation documents and performance evaluation documents of suppliers, vendor agreements
- Responsible in the preservation of all ISO related documents and procurement processes
- Responsible in the preparation of reports on purchases, vendor accreditation
- Responsible in the collation of documents needed for submission to Finance to process payment to suppliers
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter order details (vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases (Odoo)
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Communicate supplier performance
- Maintain correct accurate records and files of all vendor agreements and related procurement records
- Completing and maintaining appropriate documents. logs, and correspondence that support the procurement function
- Creation of material code at Odoo upon requests of end-user
- Monitoring submission of OR, Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Receiving Report from suppliers and site offices
- Handles all ISO related documents and procurement processes
- Compile data relating to supplier performance to enable evaluation
- Generate ISO procedural documentation for all aspects of materials movement.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for audit and control procedures, in addition to timely and accurately, update purchasing records and data.
- Perform other tasks from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Logistics, Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Previous work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
