Job Description
- Encode completed Job Orders of TPAT, Pasig & Makati/Mandaluyong Area.
- Check CAN numbers.
- Monitor the issuance of all job orders.
- Print all job orders.
- Encode all maintenance activities/ works being done.
- Prepare semi-monthly billing reports stating the number of job orders with the corresponding peso value and submit to the Admin, Manager, and Project Manager.
- Double check all encoded works for duplicates.
- Maintain the data files and ensure all information are accurate.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Expert in data entry and file management.
