Job Description
- Assist in employee's recruitment and selection processes
- Handle administrative duties related to employees
- Help archive the company's documents
- Assist employees' insurance registration process
- Be involved in the overall work of the Human Capital Departement
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a High School graduate with a minimum of 2-year exprience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in operating computer and MS Office
- Good knowledge in recruitment process and procedure
- Good management skills and capable of multitasking
- Detail-oriented and do not mind adminitrative duties
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficient in English
- Have a personal laptop
