Job Description
- Menganalisa supply & demand pasar partai besar / B2B dalam cakupan region
- Merancang strategi sales untuk meningkatkan coverage business channel B2B pada region yang dipegang
- Memimpin seluruh tim yang ada pada region dalam mencari potential seller maupun buyer dengan jenis transaksi B2B
- Memastikan transaksi barang masuk maupun keluar terjadi sesuai SLA
- Mengevaluasi proses bisnis, dan memberi masukan kepada tim pusat agar proses bisnis semakin efektif dan efisien
- Mengevaluasi kinerja dan SLA team dan melakukan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja & SLA
- Melakukan coaching, mentoring, dan memotivasi dalam mencapai tujuan tim Channel Development
- Membuat laporan kinerja tim
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang traditional channel / B2B (1+ tahun sebagai managerial level)
- Memiliki pemahaman mengenai pasar di regional dan channel management
- Memiliki pengalaman merancang strategi sales, memegang tim dalam jumlah besar, dan mencapai target sales dengan baik
- Kemampuan memimpin dan mengembangkan tim dengan baik
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan menjalin relasi yang baik
- Memiliki daya analisa yang baik, eksploratif, dan cermat dalam melihat peluang
