Job Description
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
Must be a graduate of secondary education with at least 2 years call center experience OR
College Level with at least 6 months experience on CS and Sales background
6 months Inbound Customer service experience
Read, speak and write English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions
No employment termination due to just cause in work history
Should pass Medical and Health requirements
Exemplary Attendance Records
Must willing to work in Buendia, Makati
Responsibilities:
Resolve customer’s concern, promote Product and client Loyalty
Follows and complies to prescribed Work flow /Call Flow
Up-sell/Upgrade individual products and product packages to existing customers.
Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
Input the customer modification/sale onto a database thereby ensuring that the data entered is accurate.
Overcome objections from customers, in order to turn the call around and transition to a sale
Responsible for ensuring that primary matrices (Customer Satisfaction and Revenues) are met through effortless customer experience.
Responsible in maintaining first call resolution
Responsible to keep and uphold integrity in handling customer’s account information in each and every call
