As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. You will prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.
You will also be in charge of developing training/development programs for each employee, planning quarterly performance evaluations with managers, and reporting any progress.
Minimum Qualifications
· Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
· Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
· Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
· Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Good problem-solving abilities
· Team management skills
· BS in Human Resources or relevant field
