Job Description
- Ensures that the Company has all the required FDA Licenses to Operate (LTO) its business, and that all its products have valid of CPRs
- Knows the pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and ensure corporate compliance
- Maintains complete records of all FDA licenses, certificates, and other regulatory documents
- Liaises with toll manufacturers, product and raw materials suppliers and printers of packaging materials
- Prepares product production plan based on Sales and Marketing sales forecast, and submits to CFO for financial approval
- Deals only with accredited suppliers, process accreditation of new suppliers and obtain President’s (or designee’s) approval
- Prepares and releases Purchases orders after approval by the President and/or CFO
- Maintains adequate internal control of finished products, goods in-process and raw materials in the custody of toll manufacturers and/or suppliers
- Conducts physical inventory and production process at toll manufacturers
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalentStrong analytical and planning skills;
- Knowledgeable of FDA Guidelines and process
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
