Job Description
- Review all incoming documents;
- Build and maintain a harmonious relationship with partnership;
- Arranges best time meeting between partnership and client;
- Gives an elegant yet firm progress for all clients' inquiry;
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably female age 22 until 30 YO;
- Diploma degree from law;
- Open also for secretarial or business administration educational background but have minimun 1 year work experience in notary office;
- Conscientious, attention to detail and strong analytical;
- Strong administration skill and organised;
- Strong team player but dependable to work indivual;
- Ability to work under pressure and focused on problem solving are an asset;
