Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Implement and utilize project management methodologies to achieve project goals effectively.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management.
- Having experienced in SAP Project Implementation
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Willing to work in Financial / Banking field projects.
