- Provide first-level, daily client service language support to Agency Collateral Management clients as required
- Issue and consume margin statements or Required Values, depending on underlying trade
- Calculate margin and manage margin call agreement process
- Verify asset eligibility and agree collateral movements against margin obligations
- Instruct and monitor collateral settlements
- Track and value collateral positions daily
- Provide daily reporting on margin and collateral activity
- Provide dispute notification and portfolio reconciliations, leveraging TriOptima’s TriResolve service, which can assist in identifying the cause of disputes and facilitate their resolution
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced level in Mandarin / Japanese - Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana
- College graduate, any course with business or shared service background
