Job Description
Our Senior Art Directors are responsible for handling and taking lead on creative projects, from conception to culmination - working with our Creative Directors, Designers, and Copywriters - conceptualizing and executing campaigns and various materials across all kinds of platforms. Their tasks and duties include but are not limited to:
- design conceptualization
- layout
- finalization of artwork
- art direction
- project management
Senior Art Directors must possess technical, as well as analytical and people skills.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Art Director who fits the bill:
- Has at least three (3) years experience in an advertising or design-related field
- Highly conceptual with an understanding of marketing
- Possesses a strong artistic sense through the expert use of color, typography, and layout
- Pays extreme attention to detail
- Knowledgeable about different design, advertising, and production processes
- Has a talent for understanding clients' needs and finding solutions that translate into good communication and design
- Resourceful, aggressive, a good team player and leader who can work on multiple projects independently under pressure and is able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Possesses good communication and presentation skills, able to articulate their ideas and designs to clients
- Can lead and oversee a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback on their projects
- Can work with a production team to provide art direction for print and digital shoots
