Job Description
- Collaborate with the Accounts Department to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Write unique and well-crafted copy for internal or external projects
- Create effective creative proposals/pitches/presentations that address client’s needs
- Handle the process of approval/rejection/revision of creative output
- Facilitate creation of systems/strategies that will improve team workflow
- Attend client meetings as head of creatives and conduct presentations as needed
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished creative professionals
- Ensure maximum team performance by monitoring productivity and quality of work
- Execute other related tasks/responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Partners
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 8 years’ solid experience as a creative writer in the advertising field; adept at producing various creative output from concept all the way to execution.
- Must have strong presentation and communications skills, both written and oral
- Preferably with a good grasp of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Possesses strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
