Job Description
- Manage, sell, and promote Camella inventories.
- Find effective and strategies to gain leads and convert to prospected clients.
- Establish and manage a strong network of agents to maintain sales quota.
- Ensure quality of accounts (requirments, documentations, etc.)
- Render overall customer service and meets required sales quota.
- Facilitate sales activities through advertisement, roadshow, events, and corporate presentation.
- Meet requires sales quota.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in real estate.
- Preferably with previous real estate (sales) travel experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Licensed Broker is an advantage.
- Pleasing personality.
- Strong existing international networks.
- Internet savvy.
