Job Description
- Assures competitiveness in the seven core P’s of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Packaging, Positioning, People) by analyzing research data to create and execute effective, creative campaigns
- Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining online advertisements using different marketing mediums (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, and other social media websites)
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns through online advertising, email marketing and promotion of website and products to generate leads and potential clients
- Propose strategic initiatives to strengthen branding and online presence
- Answers online inquiries regarding the company’s projects and close sales effectively
- Help the monthly sales target across Visayas Projects using digital platforms
- Assist Marketing in all its Marketing Events across all Projects
- Set goals for the team and ensure motivation of all team members
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent
- With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage
- With at least three (3) years sales experience particularly with Real Estate
- Experience in creating and managing project plans for various marketing and event activities is an advantage;
- Tech savvy; Must be proficient in Computer Applications and major digital platforms is an advantage
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu or other areas in Visayas
