Job Description
- Acquire and negotiate the most efficient and most profitable raw land for development
- Support in Infrastructure research and development
- Secure and enhance project development
- Coordinate with different government agencies to secure necessary permits and licenses required in property development
- Coordinates development plans with marketing, design and construction team
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Civil Engineering and passed the licensure exam for Civil Engineers
- Those with latin honors and outstanding academic and/or extracurricular activities will have an advantage
- Must be personable and must possess good communication skills.
- Must be flexible, hardworking, aggressive and a team player
- Proficient in computer applications
- Background in Autocad is a definite plus
- Background in a real estate is an added advantage
- Candidates must be open to do field work
