Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
- Process HR files and documents
- Provide assistance to the Department Head in all HR related undertaking
- Assist recruitment and selection process
- Maintain and update 201 file of employees
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Psychology or any behavioral Science course;
- With experience in HR functions;
- Analytical and keen to details;
- Can handle pressures and can work independently;
- Can work in a team;
- Willing to work in Taguig
