- Source and procure, Purchasing Coordinator (Accounting and Supplier)
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
- Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
- Negotiating better prices, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation.
- Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Minimum Qualifications

Amenable to travelling to the office on a daily basis

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
-
At least 6-month experience in the same position is preferred but not required.
