- Manage daily operations of the practice while maintaining a professional workplace
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency
- Participating in and managing additional administrative activities such as recordkeeping, mail distribution and general office upkeep
- Oversee medical service activities and personnel
- Work with vendors to get equipment needed for the practice
- Keep budget in check, and monitor/audit inventory records
- Design and implement office policies and procedures
- Supervising medical team personnel and training new employees on office systems, procedures and job tasks
- Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules and regulations, including COVID-19 safety guidelines.
- Prepare and submit reports to upper management.
- Maintain total confidentiality of any and all personal and financial data.
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Amenable to travelling to the office on a daily basis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management
- Experience handling teams, projection, supervising team goals
- Experience in Logistics is a plus
