Job Description
- Compiling and reviewing financial information.
- Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Ensures proper charges/credits to balance sheet/income accounts.
- Maintain orderly records of company fixed assets, receivables, deposits, payable and others.
- Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.
- Maintaining records and filing systems.
- Maintains integrity of confidential information.
- Perform other related duties, as required i.e. sending e-mails, answering phone calls, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- At lest 1 year accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Management related courses.
- Attention to Details

- Excellent problem-solving skills, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge on Basic Accounting Terms
- Experience/Knowledge in Bookkeeping, Auditing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel
- Background in Accounting software, like Quickbooks (QBO), is a Plus
