Job Description
- Responsible for producing, developing, executing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Responsible for creating digital, electronic and print materials and keeping up-to-date information across all media.
- Responsible for supporting VIP events and projects with necessary set of marketing materials from digital to tangible collaterals. Includes jobfairs, school visits, orientation etc.,
- Responsible for customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
- Produce all necessary marketing materials internal and external
- Support marketing day-to-day operations including media campaigns, promotions and projects.
- Create advertisements/ad campaigns, and be able to market social media, email and website.
- Assist in creating marketing materials used by the Sales Team.
- Adjust presentation materials to market to certain clients and consumers.
- Work with suppliers to deliver quality products and be able to present cost efficient supplier options.
- Organize marketing calendar to ensure that events and projects are well prepared for.
- Arrange priorities to suit urgent tasks that come at hand spontaneously.
- Initiates market studies and other forms of research (personal feedback, internet research, etc) to gain insights regarding the brand and ongoing projects/events.
- Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
- Monitor the competitive landscape of the VIP’s brand and identifies the latest trends in the market in terms of advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that information is accurate and well-coordinated.
Minimum Qualifications
- Main focus is video creation.
- Background in Graphics, Photography, Social Media and Content is an advantage.
- Open for fresh graduates.
- A graduate of a course related to Communication or Multi Media is preferred but we are open for all courses.
