Job Description
- Vending and gathering reservations or sign-ups for the internship, training and work travel programs.
- Responsible in the sourcing and recruiting of applicants utilizing the various sourcing channels.
- Attends campus orientations and meetings.
- Participates with local promotional activities
- Accommodates office walk in applicants and provide extensive information about the company and the programs.
- Responsible to respond to social media inquiries
- Does call-outs and offer programs to possible interested candidates.
- Generates and maximizes leads/database
- Ensures coordination and alignment deliverables with the Operations Team
- Assists the Management with hiring processes and new team member training.
- Updates the applicants regarding the process of their application
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Updates records and trackers on a timely manner
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales and meet the required quota
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Above average communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Has persuasive skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
