Business Development Associate  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Calling of assigned properties to offer if they would be interested in acquiring interns, trainees or short-term employment through the Summer and Spring Work Travel.
• Send emails / messages to properties potential partners and pursue them for partnership.
• Schedule skype or personal meetings for properties that are interested on the program but needs further information about the company, program or explanation of the entire process.
• Research on potential internship on other countries and regions.
• Minute taking during meetings
• Leads the team in conducting market research and analysis to create business development initiatives.
• Maintain a database of potential customer’s contact numbers and emails.
• Monitors new and existing partnership agreements
• Update senior management on the prospect clients to meet current and future business needs.
• Responsible in handling company events, job fairs, client visits, cultural day, career fairs, school visits and the like.
• Updates and maintains operations trackers.
• Assist in all the business enhancements and expansions tasks
• Handles the schedule, appointments, possible Seminars / Functions of the CEO
• Visa Processing for the CEO
• All Other duties as assigned

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal team to deliver business services with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.
• Assist business development team in creating business plan, business model, project budget and scope of work.
• Coordinate with various schools locally to inform about the company and the events.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing, Engineering, or Finance, with experience relating to new Business development, Marketing or Sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good business acumen
• Can handle multile projects/assignments at the same time
• Must be efficient in utilizing computer-based tools (PC, I-room, Excel) to accomplish tasks and communicate with others.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
