Job Description
- Sales Quota Achievement:
- Quick Response: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and close sale in a polite, friendly, and professional manner via chat and phone calls
- Selling and Management of Selling Platforms: Website ,Facebook , Instagram , Tiktok Lazada , Shopee , Zalora and others
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customer’s experience.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Client Relationship
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
- Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers’ contact details and interests.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional after-sales Service: by addressing customer complaints , returns and refunds promptly and professionally.
- Fulfill Customer Requests: such as same day delivery booking , product reservations and monogramming.
- Operations:
- Booking, tracking and updating of clients orders via same day delivery or parcel.

- Packing and recording of purchased orders
- Periodic checking of inventory
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 year course or college graduate
- Atleast 2 years work experience in preferably in online selling
- Sales-oriented and can-do attitude mindset
- Knowledge in online marketing trends (Social Media , Website and Online selling platforms i.e. Lazada , Shopee)
- Comfortable with numbers and using Microsoft excel for sales reports
