Job Description
- Responsible for the smooth day to day operation of all facility, equipment and its surroundings.
- Prepares and make necessary requisition supplies, tools and spare parts for maintenance and facility use and maintains appropriate service and repair records.
- Monitor check and coordinate the delivery status of service report requirements and job request for engineering services; and prepare reports and update system and performs other administrative functions necessary for monitoring overall engineering operations.
- Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
- Assists and serves as back up to other facility employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Vocational or 1-5 years experience in machinery/facilities maintenance and repair.
- Must have a knowledge in electrical wirings, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
