Job Description
- Supports the Finance Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of accounting division.
- Reviews cash disbursement vouchers, petty cash replenishments and cash advance liquidations.
- Responsible for the management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Coordinates with Finance Head and evaluate all financial policies and recommend improvements.
- Implements financial policies and procedures.
- Supervise the filling accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
- Prepares financial statements, supporting schedules and reconciliations.
- Reviews computations, returns, and reports for submission to regulatory agencies.
- Travel around Metro Manila to collect receivables if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- At least one year related working experience
- Must be willing to work in San Juan
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
