Administrative Officer  

The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Coordinates with the Accounting Manager and Asst. Managing Director - Finance for the planning and implementation of necessary promos, projects, programs and plans of the branch.
- Safeguards, deposits and reports the daily, weekly and/or monthly sales of the branch, and submits related reports, as required and/or scheduled.
- Safeguards, facilitates and replenishes the petty cash fund of the branch, and submits related reports, as required and/or scheduled.
- Monitors administrative-related expenses and the operational cost, i.e. utilities, rent, office repairs and equipment purchases.
- Spearheads the distribution of monthly service charge and/or gift certificate entitlement to all concerned personnel, upon coordination with the Human Resource department.
- Disseminates and implements approved promos, projects, programs and plans through Department Heads.
- Analyzes and organizes office operation and procedures such as preparations for filing system, requisition of supplies and other clerical supplies.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

- Accountancy graduate or any business related courses.
- Female, 25 - 40 years old.
- 5 years or more work experience in auditing, preferably from hotel and/or restaurant industry.
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills (both written and oral).
- Willing to work extended hours.
Computer literate (MS Office applications).
