Job Description
- Create highly effective designs for advertisements, web, email, social media, promotional events, as well as other brand and marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns that raise awareness and drive conversion, across multiple touch points in support to marketing strategy.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for proposals/presentations and other sales collateral.
- Work directly with the sales team to understand requirements for the production of presentations, solution demonstrations, and other deliverables.
- Design and produce marketing materials (social media posters, infographics, physical posters, and brochures) for virtual and physical channels.
- Suggest and implement improvements to current marketing materials and brand assets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts or related graphics design course.
- Extensive experience in graphic designing. Background in manufacturing of animal feeds is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a must.
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite is a Plus.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- A great attitude to constructive criticism, and an eagerness to learn.
- Diligence to hit deadlines and offer suggestions to streamline and improve team processes.
