Job Description
- Verify supplier's invoices and billings.
- Process payments of suppliers' billings.
- Reconcile PO vs Deliveries and Invoices
- Update and monitor Accounts Payable Aging.
- Monitoring of overdue accounts.
- Ensuring all critical payables deadlines are met.
- Respond to internal and external customers on Accounts Payable inquiries
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong analytical and time management skills;
- Detail-oriented and can work with minimum supervision;
- With effective communication skills
- Ability to manage suppliers' demands and expectations
