Job Description
- Assist Purchasing Manager in searching for potential suppliers.
- Get quotations, evaluate and check prices of Suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Coordinate with production on the material requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Prepare delivery planning and responsible for proper tracking and timely delivery from suppliers.
- Maintain updated purchase records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics /warehouse on the storage and deliveries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field.
- Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
- Team player with strong organizational skills
