Job Description
- Receive and manage sales orders for Visayas and Mindanao (Aqua & Livestocks)
- Posting of sales in SAP system, review of unserved orders
- Posting of Sales order
- Monitoring of POs
- Close coordination with production team (Cagayan) for scheduling/planning of production of goods
- Close coordination with logistics team (Cagayan) for availability of stocks and estimated delivery dates
- Follow up & update status (Logistics & Sales Agents)
- Manage customer’s expectations
- Inform client about the upcoming deliveries & follow up after 24 hours if goods are received in good condition.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience on related field.
- Proven customer support experience is a plus.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Attentive to details.
- Experience in feed mills production preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A team player, can work under minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of accountability, and initiative.
