Job Description
- Ensure correctness of Finished Goods Inventory.
- Ensure that all documents affecting the inventory are accounted for and posted on time.
- Receive or generate daily the sales order report to ensure the availability of the stocks.
- Timely preparation of the Stock Request to ensure that all SKU are within the agreed days level.
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are placed in the staging area and are properly labeled.
- Ensure that the goods are picked and loaded are in accordance to the factory/warehouse policy
- Conduct daily inventory count to validate the accuracy of the inventory in the system.
- Conduct weekly cycle count
- Conduct month-end inventory count.
- Ensure that all goods are stacked in the respective locations
- Ensure that all delivery of goods are properly recorded with placed into to their proper location.
- Ensure that all damaged stocks are accounted for, backloaded to source warehouse or stored for proper disposal.
- Implement system and or policy improvements to reduce cost and maximize investment.
- Proper coordination with production and source warehouse for the needed stocks and or stocks on promotion.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse including the walls, ceilings, windows and glass.
- Continuous implementation and evaluation of the good warehouse practice.
- Ensure Integrity, Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness in the submission of reports.
- Adhere to set company standards pertaining to care and maintenance of company assets.
- Perform other job-related duties and functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience in production settings.
- Experience in feed mills production preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A team player, can work under minimal supervision.
- Strong senses of accountability, and with initiative.
