Job Description
- Process payments of Suppliers' billings,
- Verify invoices and billings,
- Reconcile PO vs Deliveries and Invoices
- Update and monitor Accounts Payable Aging - manage overdue accounts
- Review accounting entries before posting to GL
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course;
- Strong analytical and time management skills;
- Detail-oriented and can work with minimum supervision;
- With effective communication skills
- Ability to manage suppliers' demands and expectations
