Job Description
- Issue statement of accounts to concerned customers and performs field collection work
- Receive and ensure completeness of collection documents
- Ensure that collection is done in a timely manner
- Report delinquent account or signs of delinquency to Credit and Collection Team
- Constant coordination and communication with his immediate supervisor
- Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time
- Will be assigned to-do collection for General Santos, Davao and Mati area
- If Motorcycle is owned, a rental fee of Php. 2,000/month will be provided. Otherwise, the Company will find another rental arrangement
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field
- At least 1-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- With experience in transmitting documentation, processing of government benefits, bills payment, collections, and bank transactions
- Must be willing to travel at least weekly to visit Davao Clients
- Organized, reliable, trustworthy and willing to be trained
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
