Job Description
- Manage a team of Credit and Collections Specialists, Billing Associates and Rider Collectors located nationwide
- Develop and enforce New customers accreditation process
- Ensure timely collection
- Prepare and submit Accounts Receivable reports and analytics
- Closely coordinate with Sales Team and Customer Service Team
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management
- Lead weekly credit review
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience of the same capacity
- Required Language: English
- Knowledge in SAP Business One is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Effective communication skills on both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong personality
