Job Description
- Receive and manage sales orders for Visayas and Mindanao (Aqua & Livestocks)
- Manages posting of the sales report and monitors purchase orders and delivery reports with logistics and dashboard.
- Coordinates with the Logistics team for product availability and delivery schedules.
- Manages Customer’s expectations and satisfaction
- Requests payments for inter-island transactions
- Facilitates end to end delivery process thru phone calls.
- Updates inventory movement for Aqua (VisMin)
- Ensure timely collection process
- Monitor issuance of statement of accounts and collection notice. (Aqua & Livestocks)
- Monitor Reports Compliance
- May need to perform Adhoc/Admin tasks as requested
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree or a Graduate of any Business-Related course;
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field;
- Required Language: English, Filipino and Bisaya;
- Applicant must be willing to work in Cebu;
- Preferably with experience in Customer Service or equivalent;
- Knowledge in SAP application is an advantage
