Anti-Fraud Specialist  

What will you do?

• Accurately review and action fraud alerts across different brands
• Review multiple and related accounts to stop potential fraud rings, returning barred players, and accounts in breach of rules
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on customers by requesting verification documents and recommending when to request further documents
• Work with verification, game integrity, and compliance teams to ensure accounts are fully investigated and attended as necessary
• Make recommendations for new or improvements to alerts, tools, procedures and templates
• Report any issues discovered with tools and reports when they are not functioning as expected
• Be comprehensively aware of AML requirements and procedures and assist in investigations of escalated reports from staff to then further escalate to the MLRO
