Job Description
- To provide first class support across the whole customer base
- To maintain, support and implement application level changes across client environments in a timely fashion
- To perform and document technical root cause analysis of To perform and system outages
- To maintain internal and external relationships, and communicate directly with customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent education and work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Application Support
- 2+ years of experience in hosting and/or production data center operations
- 2+ years of experience in working with MS SQL Server and Oracle database.
- 2+ years of experience in maintain proactive monitoring tools.
- Preferably have experience in:
- Automated deployment and configuration management tools such as Ansible and GIT
- Linux, Unix , Windows operating systems
- Apache Tomcat
- XML/XSLT
- Microsoft Business Intelligence
- SOAP web services
- Web scripting languages such as jquery and javascript
- Preferably having knowledge of enterprise Java development.
- Preferably have ability to develop server monitoring script
- Strong ability problem solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical specifications to business users in non-technical terms.
- Strong attention to detail; excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good time management skills; strong ability to self-manage; sense of teamwork.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal skills.
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
