Job Description

  • Teach US healthcare revenue cycle management, the US healthcare industry.
  • Spend time working in different positions in Operations in preparation for a leadership role.
  • Fast Track learning and coaching sessions to be conducted by our top revenue cycle managers.
  • Learn to recognize trends affecting revenue fluctuations, insurance denials, insurance disbursements, AR collections.
  • Learn to effectively lead team members, billers, collectors.
  • Conduct time-motion study for production benchmarks.
  • Devise optimized production flows.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in a medical allied field (nurses, dentists, med techs, pre-med) is preferred but not required.
  • US healthcare industry knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Willing to be exposed to different departments.
  • Self-starter; Quick study; fast learner.
  • Innovative, problem solver, out of the box thinker.
  • Ability to lead and manage.
  • English proficiency, both written and spoken.
