Job Description

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is looking for Interns to help out in the Human Resources department.

  • Recruitment - To handle recruitment documents such as application forms and resumes, and ensure that these are reflected and updated in the digital database.
  • Timekeeping - help in extracting and recording time entries of the employees from the timekeeping system.
  • Documentation - Assist in keeping and filing official and confidential documents such as memos and 201 files.
  • Assist in other HR day-to-day tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good English communication skills
  • Can multitask
  • Preferably AB/BS Psychology majors or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Trustworthy must have a high sense of integrity
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas
