Job Description
Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is looking for Interns to help out in the Human Resources department.
- Recruitment - To handle recruitment documents such as application forms and resumes, and ensure that these are reflected and updated in the digital database.
- Timekeeping - help in extracting and recording time entries of the employees from the timekeeping system.
- Documentation - Assist in keeping and filing official and confidential documents such as memos and 201 files.
- Assist in other HR day-to-day tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good English communication skills
- Can multitask
- Preferably AB/BS Psychology majors or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Trustworthy must have a high sense of integrity
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas
