Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware operation systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Assist staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to set up systems.
- Install software.
- Resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems.
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Support roll-out of new applications.
- Setup new user accounts and profiles.
- Resolve password issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in the following:
- Linux Administration
- Windows 7, 8, and 10
- Windows server, domain administration, and security policy administration
- Network administration, sonic wall configuration, and router firewall configuration
- VPN, FTP, SFTP, RDP, chat server, setup, and administration
- File and printer sharing
- PC hardware troubleshooting
- MS Office
- Willing to work in South Triangle, Quezon City.
