Job Description
- Learn US healthcare revenue cycle management, the US healthcare industry;
- Fast Track learning and coaching sessions to be conducted by our top revenue cycle managers;
- Learn to recognize trends affecting revenue fluctuations, insurance denials, insurance disbursements, AR collections;
- Learn to effectively lead team members, billers, collectors;
- Conduct time motion study for production bench marks;
- Devise optimized production flows;
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Self starter; Quick study; fast learner;
- Innovative, problem solver, out of the box thinker;
- Ability to lead and manage;
- English proficiency, both written and spoken;
- Degree is a medical allied field, nurses, dentists, medtechs, pre-med, MDs is preferred but not required;
- US healtcare industry knowledge preferred but not required;
