Job Description
Manage and oversee Human Resources, Finance, and Facility Administration operations.
Human Resources
- Work with senior management to define talent acquisition and retention goals.
- Define strategies and carry out strategies for staff acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination.
- Oversee the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments.
- Follow up litigation and disputes involving company personnel.
- Develop, manage and implement personnel policies
- Counsel and advice to staff on personal and work-related issues including providing guidance and direction to management team and employees on human resource related topics
- Develop a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
Finance
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the procurement process
- Manage the payroll process
- Manage preparation of monthly operations budget
- Oversee company bookkeeping and filing/retention of financial records
- Ensure taxation and regulatory compliance with national (BIR) and local goverment agencies.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Office / Facilities Administration
- Oversee office and facility support operations
- Ensure efficiency and safety of office facilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Communicate and ensure compliance and consistency with office practices and policies and compliance with all employment related laws
- Make certain that all administrative systems and processes are highly reliable, finely tuned and well delivered
- Negotiate related contracts, manage relevant vendor relationships, liaison with building management
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resource or related field (e.g. Human Resource/Organizational Development, Business Administration).
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of progressive and hands-on HR generalist experience.
- 3 years administrative services roles
- 3 years supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of current and relevant employment related laws
- Broad knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits administration, organizational planning, employee relations, and office administration.
- Computer skills, Windows navigation, Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work well with staff at all levels.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical skills, good reasoning abilities,and sound judgment.
