Job Description
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in the following areas:
a. Dental Anatomy
b. Dental Procedures
c. Dental Billing
d. Insurance Verification
e. Dental Billing Software
f. Dental Insurance and Revenue Cycle Management
- Evaluate trainees' performance and give feedback based on learning outcomes
- Create training modules such as PDFs, videos, and presentations
- Assist in running different training programs in the dental billing department
- Assist learners with hands-on activities with different dental billing software
Minimum Qualifications
- Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)
- With at least 3 years of experience as a Trainer
- Experience in Dental is ideal.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities
- Work collaboratively as a team player
- Communicate transparently with trainees and team members, providing clear and honest feedback.
- Adjust quickly to changes in technology, procedures, and departmental needs.
- Actively pursue new learning opportunities to remain informed about the latest developments and best practices in the field.
