Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via Shopify, email, and phone.
- Ensure accurate assignment of product tags and make necessary adjustments to product pricing, descriptions, and details.
- Stay updated on product changes, new features, and updates to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product catalog.
- Run and analyze reports to monitor store performance and sales data.
- Track sales against inventory to determine necessary stock orders.
- Load new products into Shopify from a wholesale channel for new store setups.
- Maintain various organizational systems and processes to ensure efficiency. Organize files and directories.
- Monitor the owners email for urgent items. Manage calendars for the owner and team and coordinate schedules and appointments.
- Take notes during key meetings. Manage profiles and permissions related to Microsoft Teams and other platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract
- Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, particularly in product management and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist or similar role.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in email and calendar management, file organization, and basic technical tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
