- Consultancy basis – minimum of 6 months consultancy contract
- Work as a CSR for a US-based client to assist customers via video call regarding their concerns on COVID-19 testing and requirements.
- Review and validate requirements to ensure all documents are in order.
- Provide clear instructions to customers and answer their questions adequately.
- Follow-up on pending documents of passengers through phone calls.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Must have at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience as Customer Service Representative.
- Keen eye for details.
- Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
- Comfortable in communicating via video call (Zoom, or other similar programs).
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
- Willing to work in the graveyard shift.
- Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
