Job Description
URGENT!
The Dental Billing Specialist will be part of the Dental Team, which manages services such as billing, collections, and payments of various Dental clinics/service providers in the United States.
- Keying confidential information of payments into the prescribed system
- Check accuracy of data
- Process billing statements of patients
- Coordinate with clients on patients' transaction details and payments
- Properly navigate the prescribed system and ensure correct process is followed
Minimum Qualifications
- Detailed-oriented
- Knowledgable in Windows navigation
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Good English communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Typing skills - 40 WPM or better
- Willing to work in shofting schedules (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Mondays to Fridays)
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig
