Job Description
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies.
- Work to improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years QA working experience is required for this role
- Implements quality programs (transaction monitoring, calibration, RCA, action planning & reporting)
- preferably six sigma certified
- Must have BPO experience
